I was on the infusion area today getting fluids and the staff in there were so nice. I can't remember my nurses name I know they make you feel comfortable and my IV didn't hurt. Thank you everyone for going above and beyond for me

So a nurse that must've gotten out of her shift at around 10-10:30 on 4/12/21 came into our establishment without a mask, and was extremely rude. She had short brown hair back in a ponytail, wore glasses, and was in a lighter blue/teal nurse uniform. Refused her service and she called me the b word. Just disappointing. 5 stars though because im sure the rest of your staff are a lot more pleasant.
