I was going here every four weeks. I also have a nurse who comes into my home. My nurse kept telling me “Oh it doesn’t look right it doesn’t look right” and then she would call them and tell them it doesn’t look right. So one day she tells me call them and make an earlier appointment because she wanted them to look at my wound. I want to thank Dr.Tearse and the staff at the wound center. Thanks to their expertise and caring I avoided having to have a graf done on a leg wound I received. The healing progressed and I would highly recommend the Wound or Healing Center as it is so named at Mercy Hospital. Thank you for your care!
Have been taking my mother-in-law there every other day for two and a half months. Professional and very compassionate. Dr. Arnold, the nurses, techs and staff are the very best at what they do!
The Mercy Healing Center is very sloppy and unorganized for appointments. I went to my scheduled appointment, the nurse took my blood pressure and temperature. She was nice and everything. I had a male nurse who was nice too, he attempted to put an IV in me but because my veins rolled he had to go to get a butterfly. When the man nurse came back, he told me that I am not scheduled for my IV medication until next month. The guy nurse apologized for the mix up. He apologized for poking me for the IV.
