From checking in, to the nurses, to the Surgeons, everyone was very professional! Dr. Monaco is aces! I knew when I was searching for a reliable surgeon with great experience. I couldn't go wrong with a Doctor who did her residency at KCHC. Especially during the 1980s. That was as if she was learning the ropes during the Korean War. And I was right. I had three surgeries with Dr. Monaco, all were 100%. I only wish she did back surgery now.

ER now has a slot that you write your "emergency" down on. A human will read it, when available. If you were there for chest pains, good luck living until a live person noticed you were there.
I'm seven years bclean and I want to thank all the staff at mercy hall for giving me my foundation...I bwent back there the other day and seen my old counselor...I'm very happy to have my life back...equippped with my own room in mercy hall n all the support I needed...I went and got my nursinng thing going and got a great job...I miss all the staff and fellow graduates...I definetely recommend this place...god bless and good luck..traceypalagonia@gmail.com
Please save yourself time and do not go to this doctor or practice. She is quite nasty and only sees her way in treating children. Her business end of her practice is so disgusting that i needed to have my insurance company put in a full investigation on her billing practices. Go to anyone but Nataloni pediatrics.
NIGHTMARE HOSPITAL I made it out alive somehow. Don't ever go to this hospital!!! I was in the iCU for 4 days. I thought I would die many times. I was in DKA. They caused a blood clot in my arm by trying 3x to insert a new iv line. I had a bowel blockage- I was sure I would die then. I was in severe distress and no doctor came for 4 hours. I had to pull the poop out of me myself! This caused a dvt I'm sure. I lived in Mercy Hall for 8 months and it definitely helped as far as my staying sober and beginning to put my life back together; however, Linda, the director is extremely rude, lacks any compassion, and has no understanding whatsoever about recovery. She seemed to care very little about keeping things consistent and organized, especially when it came to running her staff. Mercy Hall is by far the best place to go in Nassau County if you're a woman with a substance abuse problem and you have nowhere safe to live or are trying to rebuild your life from the ground up. However, it's not for everyone and it definitely has it's flaws. Today’s 12-hour visit to this hospitals ER resulted in me having to take out my own IV as no nurse would do it, and the nurse assigned to me was “too busy”. The hospital has an extremely cramp, virtually no privacy, dirty (as blood spots were evident on some of the curtains) emergency room. The doctors and RN’s were rude and didn’t have the time of day for their patients as most were to busy having full out conversations on their cell phones or busy figuring out what they are going to be eating this weekend with one another.... read more
