Ease of making appt personable staff quick appt and got my meds quickly from my pharmacy
Easy to make appt on line. Got in without a long wait. The staff was very kind and informative.

They told us we had to put a credit card on file, that's a lie, then said we would not be billed until we receive something in the mail, that was a lie and tricked my wife into signing payment authorizations saying it was insurance authorization and then hung up on us when we called to fix the issue.
Check in was super slow. It took about 15 minutes because my appointment I made online didn’t register. The PA I was assigned seemed a little indifferent to my situation. He lacked empathy for my situation (neck sprain 61 yo female). He said recovery was between 2 days to 2 months. No recommendations on strengthening exercises. I messaged my PCP the next day for advice.
