This place is ridiculous. You have to wait hours to get seen for 5 minutes. and I still ended up walking out!!! Do not go here!!!!!
I was seen fairly quick for the number of people there. I was treated very respectfully and felt as though the staff was listening to my concerns
I was seen pretty quick considering the number of people there. The staff was friendly and caring. The nurse practitioner was thorough and explained everything clearly. What I thought was a bad cold turned out to be acute bronchitis. Feeling much better!
I was treated as if I was lying about how I feel on a day to day bases. I'm miserable for all the panic attacks I have. Which makes me not able to sleep, can't eat, can't function. I have five children to take care of. After I paid 105 dollars, waited two hours to be seen, and another 20 in the room waiting just for the doctor to tell me its in my head. That's I should take Tylenol to help sleep, read the bible, and gave me an only 10 day prescription for my disorder was horrible service. Don't recommend this place for anyon... read more
The staff was very friendly, professional, caring and fast. The facility was cleaned and convenient. I have been telling everyone about it. My husband and I went in having breathing and coughing problems.
I've been in here a few times. Some days it took a few hours and other times we were out extremely fast. Ultimately i have no complaints
In an emergency, this is the place to go to, I have had to take my husband twice and both times we were impressed by the professionalism of the doctors and their staff. It takes alot to impress my husband and when he hurt himself this second time, instead of making an appt with our medical doctor, he said he would rather go to Inova Urgent Care, that says it all.
Don't waste you're time. 2 hrs and waiting in the office now. I had time to create a profile and download an app I don't want just to leave a review.
