This was my first time at Our Urgent Care in Florissant. I was very impressed with how quickly I got taken in to be seen! The staff was very nice, the nurse practioner was very knowledgeble & explained things very well as to what was going on with me. All & all a very pleasant experience! I will now be using this facility as my first choice for urgent care!
Most caring staff ever. They got right to us,never seen a place so fast to help. I would/will recommend them to alot of people.

Because I had a bad experience with this Urgent Care well over a year ago, I was quite obviously remembered by the staff. I brought my daughter in for strep throat because I figured the past is the past and I could start anew with this Urgent Care. The doc was cold and brief and personally emailed me to ask that I NOT leave a review. Who asks this? I went to this location for the first time. The staff was very friendly, and very attentive. I had an injured shoulder, so I got X-rays taken immediately, re-directed to an orthopedic surgeon, a prescription for pain, and I was on my way home in about an hour. I will definitely go back if I need to in the future. 'Sure beats sitting around in an ER all night!
Great experience all around, from the minute I walked in the door. All the staff there made you feel like they cared about you.

Saturday morning and my primary Doctor is not in office. I had Chest Congestion also bad head cold! I had a miserable night coughing and so much congestion! I got immediate and great help from Urgent Care in Wentzville. Thank You to Nurse Practitioner, Nancy Giaimo and the pleasant Staff.
I had a bump in the middle of my forehead and overnight it became swollen and infected. I called my primary Dr. and he was not in his office and the staff recommended urgent care. I was very hesitant but decided to give it a shot. The Dr. knew what it was right away and immediately had a plan to lance the swollen bump and so he did with hardly any pain.
