My son was seen here last year in Feb 2025 for a new diagnosis of Diabetes. We never received any sort of bill for the visit. Then received a notice of non-compliance on payment and it was sent to collections. The crazy thing is they were sending it to an old address under a wrong name. We had been to this same hospital within the same year later for complications with his diabetes. How did I receive this bill and not the other bill? Incompetent. I go in complaining of severe pain. They tell me there's nothing wrong with me. I'm exposed to F1 and end up back in the hospital complaining about the continuing pain and end up spending 11 days in the hospital because of F1, where they did they best to make everything worse. They throw so many drugs at me I start passing nothing but black water and lost 11 lbs in 11 days. Was there on 5/8 for appt. Note that this review is for Dr Parkinson, his MA, and the lab person. As always, Dr Parkinson listened to my concerns and explained next step(s), didn't rush the appt. Also, was appreciative of our feedback re: the front desk and ceiling leak and stated he will follow up with manager. He personally walked us to the lab so we don't have to sit in the lobby. The lab person was nice, friendly, and did a great job-no bruising since I only have one good vein. Thank you!
Was there on 5/8 for appt. There was a leak on the corner ceiling and water dripping down on a table and that it will ruin the table. Informed the front desk and suggested they put a container or trash can to catch the water and she replied "thanks for letting us know" but didn't do anything about it. Also informed her that there is water leak in their parking lot. Another patient told her the same thing and she still didn't do anything except to say thanks. An exceptionally LAME business organization. I received horrible post-operative care (cardio) in ICU and recovery unit for 12 days there. Unhealthy, awful food, a few good nurses and some poor-to-seriously bad ones, a PA and staff cardiologists that just blew air, a fruit cup that was expired 6 weeks, etc. The billing dept. is even worse: They are asking for a LOT more money with no itemization!
