Avoid this Urgent Care!! Attitudes abound in this Urgent care. The doctor (Michael C. Branch) is abrupt, abrasive, refused to answer/acknowledge my simple, direct questions (the reason for my visit). 75% of my entire time was spent waiting for discharge person, who had an attitude that I wanted to read the discharge papers before signing. This Urgent care is an embarrassment for Mercy health, and the Muskegon Community. I'm so sorry this the healthcare provided in Muskegon! GO TO SPECTRUM HEALTH!
