I have to share this. Dr Patel has helped me so much in just the few times we have met. I talked to him about my issues and for the first time I had someone actually trying to help me instead of just telling me to lose weight. He helped me to understand my body is reacting to the trauma I’ve been through. He’s helped try to figure out what’s going on with me, all of me. Idk if explained this well at all but dr Patel is a 10/10 doctor.

this department is not managed well at all. my mom had an appt last month for a procedure, no time was given. my mom took the powder solution they provided and fasted just like it said to do, went through all of that.. to show up on the day of the procedure to them saying the doctor was on vacation and couldn’t do it. It’s not easy to fast that whole time, be in pain and have to go to the bathroom throughout that whole time frame.. This hospital gastroenterology department is extremely terrible I still haven’t gotten my medication it’s been two weeks they had my name spelled wrong so they said I didn’t come to my appointment but I did. I been suffering with ibs for over a year is about how long it took to even get a appointment and I will never go back again. They barely answer the phones after noon. A hospital that doesn’t care Fitzgerald mercy Gastroenterology department beware beware

Si pudiera darle (0) estrellas a esta oficina lo haria pero no se puede. En realidad tienen una mala organización me dan una cita por teléfono y luego me dicen que era en la oficina y que tenia yo que hacer una nueva cita. Y eso que desde el día de mi conoloscopy me dieron las instrucciones. Esta gente siempre están perdidos y nunca se ponen deacuerdo.
