I called many times and left a few messages. No one is answering the phone, and there is no call back. I had to drive 25 minutes just to hear that they don't take my insurance. And the receptionist lady didn't even say sorry or anything like that when I said that I called so many times and they're not answering. Stay away from this place
After injuring my leg, I received a prescription for physical therapy. The first place I contacted quoted me an initial evaluation appointment two months away. Two months! Naturally, I’m anxious to get back to normal, that just wasn’t going to work and I declined that option before contacting Mercy Folsom Outpatient Rehabilitation Center.
