I made the mistake of setting my alarm 20 minutes too late to get there on time, which was totally my fault, but also an accident. I called like 3 times and left a voicemail but they didnt call me back until 20 minutes later. I asked the receptionist how late i could be if this were to happen again,(which i still would like answered) but she refused to listen, talked over me, didnt answer my question, and just kept repeating that "you need to cancel 24 hours ahead", which i already knew. I called many times and left a few messages. No one is answering the phone, and there is no call back. I had to drive 25 minutes just to hear that they don't take my insurance. And the receptionist lady didn't even say sorry or anything like that when I said that I called so many times and they're not answering. Stay away from this place
After injuring my leg, I received a prescription for physical therapy. The first place I contacted quoted me an initial evaluation appointment two months away. Two months!
