The paramedics were very good with my 2 year old. However, the billing process I found lacking. Insurance paid and I was sent a statement with a due date. Paid within a day of statement and got another statement not even 2 weeks later stating I was past due and threatening to tack on a finance charge. First due date was not even past yet. I also found the cost of the literal ride across the intersection from the dr. office to hospital over priced.
