I wanted to personally thank Wyatt and Jenna. Both of them made the whole experience. My daughter was being flown from Medford to Portland with a undiagnosed blood disorder and my daughter had never flown, so on top of being scared of what was going on with her health she was scared of being up in the air. Both Jenna and Wyatt made everything so much better, they kept us informed about everything going on what to expect and just made my daughter comfortable with the whole situation. I want to send a huge thank you to the paremedic who came to my rescue in the midnight hours of March 15-16. my wonderful daughter called because I felt like I was having a stroke, turned out it was carpel pedal syndrome, with hyperventilating. this particular paremedic, can't remember name, helped me calm down and even checked on me before leaving the hospital. the response team is wonderful, the accounting is NOT... we paid our bill and they cashed it/deposited it, but yet sent us out for collections for the entire amount when it was paid in full less the interest as told we could do so, mind you interest was $14.31, but our monies must of been posted to another account... wow... Our Attorney is waiting for our response. This needs to be removed and never reported to Any Collection agencies on our records... Not Happy!
Horrible company, their professional nurse sheri Vincent Newman “accidentally “ sedated my brother on a no sedation clause and killed him at 24 years old. He was in heart failure and literally had a no sedation clause signed by the cardiologist. This company then did not do professional checks on the plane of medicines and tools, so they couldn’t even determined what this evil woman gave my brother. SHE SHOULD NOT BE working where she Holds PEOPLES LIVES IN HER HANDS.

Fast ,courteous , professional. Treated my grandmother with kindness and care.they didn’t make her feel bad about her age or condition. Definitely recommend them for non emergency and emergency transport!!
