Their pretty cool n I finally understand why n wat they where prescribing me for my Severe Sinus Drainage down throat. Now I need 2 ...still send email to Dr. Asking for...oh certain Referals. It nice, too quiet 4 me..lol..but I likes the People. Oh n Doc Easterday tooo...lol now he's WaySuperCool dude.. Doc.But he is soooo busy..lol..lol.
Refused to help in my time if need. Let me suffer. Hung up on me when I cried. Sadistic !

TLdr: feels like you're not heard or taken seriously. Extra star because the ladies up front and in back that dealt with payments were very helpful and nice. Rarely at the doctor and now that I need to go, I'm treated as if there's nothing going on. I have been twice and left frustrated both times. During a check up for high blood pressure, I informed the NP that my left ear has felt full and irritated. She looked and didn't see anything. I used an otoscope to take pictures of both drums with the left being red and irritated... read more
All the staff is really understanding and nice. I was in and out.
