Waited a long time to be told to reschedule.
Dr. Allison Hood-Kirar is a Great optometrist. Probably the most accurate prescription I’ve ever had in over 30 years of wearing glasses. Fast, friendly and just plane good at what she does.
Apparently they only take insurance. After paying for my initial pre-exam, they won't get back to me on the cash price for the operation. Maybe I'm being discriminated against. It's been a month and I keep getting the reply, "The office is still working on a price." I'm about to lose my job!!!!!

The doctors have been great over the last several years. My latest experience over the past month with the office staff and repeated mistakes has been horrible. The office manager has yet to call me back, so I’m leaving my doc. I hope they realize that although one person, I am a customer and 5 screw-ups on one order is over the top.
