Apparently they only take insurance. After paying for my initial pre-exam, they won't get back to me on the cash price for the operation. Maybe I'm being discriminated against. It's been a month and I keep getting the reply, "The office is still working on a price." I'm about to lose my job!!!!!

The doctors have been great over the last several years. My latest experience over the past month with the office staff and repeated mistakes has been horrible. The office manager has yet to call me back, so I’m leaving my doc. I hope they realize that although one person, I am a customer and 5 screw-ups on one order is over the top.
My wife went in for a problem that was serious to her eyesight and it was definitely caused by retinopathy. The doctor suggested that we use a laser procedure to hopefully prevent something like this happening again. It made perfect sense at the time and we really just trusted the Judgment of the specialist. Since then she has had more laser surgeries to regular eye surgeries do to a detaching retina and I left to wonder if the laser surgery caused the retina to begin to detach.
