I just want to say that your nighttime supervisor is very rude I called 911 because I needed help yes I understand I’ve called 911 a lot but that is no excuse for the supervisor Cameron was his name to come in my house and be a jerk and threaten to call the cops on me and then refused to take me to the hospital, I ended up at the hospital anyway because of him and my kidney stone he gave me so much anxiety that I don’t want to be in Springfield anymore. Mercy please do better I expect this from Cox not you guys.
I was given a ride by ambulance to mercy hospital the other day, and I don't remember names but I was treated with such care and compassion, I couldn't pass up a chance to give 5 stars. I would give more if there was such a thing.
Recently, I had a small bowel blockage and was very sick. 103 temperature, puking the whole 9 yards. From the moment they came to our home these men were professional, ready to do anything to make me comfortable. In addition, the gentleman advocated for me to make sure I did not have to wait in the waiting room.Thank God he did or else thing would have gotten a whole lot worse.
