I have never been treated with so much kindness and compassion as I just was at my overnight visit to the ER here. Thank you so much to Dr. Watson and each and every one of the staff who checked me in and cared for me. You have no idea how much it means to be taken seriously about my health and I am very grateful for all of you.

I was seen at the er by Dr Dustin smith, who cancelled an important test that was ordered by my specialist to find the cause of blood in my urine. I have been having these symptoms since July 15th. I had blood in my urine when I presented to the er and as you can see I very clearly explained my symptoms to nurse Constance. But Dr. Smith didn’t even take the time to read his own nurses notes or ask me anything himself, and wrote that I wasn’t having symptoms. There was blood in my urine test. I recently had hernia surgery here with Dr. Schlarman and the experience was a very pleasant one. Check in was quick, the wait was a bit long but that was more than expected. The nurses Monica and Andrea had a great sense of humor and everyone on the team made a day no one wants to deal with into a day that was surprisingly nice. Got a nice little card and learned that we have valves in our veins. Neat! In case anyone from the team sees this: thank you. I was dreading that day.

My father has been sitting in the emergency room for over 5 hours very ill. He's 86 years old and in terrible pain. When I called all they said was it showed he is still not in a room but they could definitely say that nobody had expired in the waiting room. I cannot believe any human being who calls themselves a nurse, would say such a thing. Iris June 24th, 2024 at 7:35pm. So for whoever is in charge and hopefully sees this, please please please consider a replacement for her. This is disgusting behavior. So much for nurse... read more
