STAY FAR FAR AWAY specially if you’re having major issues. This place should be shut down. No bedside manner!!! No empathy!!! Came in post surgery for gull bladder removal!!! With severe pain nausea and vomiting also had blood in my stool. They offered me Tylenol after telling me they put me on a list to not ever give pain meds ever for the rest of my life. like common that seems really underwhelming for the level of pain I’m in. I was in there yesterday. I seem the most unprofessional most uncaring Dr I have ever seen in my life. She made me feel embarrassed and like I will never go to another er ever again. I severe kidney issues and kidney stones. She was rude and more interested in talking to the nurses about personal issues than taking care of me. She wouldn’t even come in the room. Very disappointed in the care my mom received here. She was having early shingles symptoms, unbeknownst to us. My mom was crying and in pain from the nerve pain. She had other obvious (in hindsight) symptoms but the ER doctor was clueless. She finally threw up her hands and said, well maybe you’re having sinus issues. The ER staff was caring and attentive but I feel like I could have done a better job diagnosing my mother than the ER doctor. She did have nice eyelash extensions though. Nobody answered the phone. Computer says operator is busy, then line is disconnected.
I can highly recommend this ER if you live on the East side of Edmond - The friendliness of all staff, their bed side manner, and the urgency in taking care of my issue I came in for was 5 star. This was the best ER experience I have ever had and with frequent updates through technology of the progress being made towards resolution.
