I can highly recommend this ER if you live on the East side of Edmond - The friendliness of all staff, their bed side manner, and the urgency in taking care of my issue I came in for was 5 star. This was the best ER experience I have ever had and with frequent updates through technology of the progress being made towards resolution. Also for the DR that drove from Mercy Main to this location instead of me having to get back in the car then travel to the west side of the metro for a outpatient procedure that took maybe 15 to ... read more
Nurses were amazing and friendly.
Everytime I have walked in this place, I was very well taken care of. The best ER in Oklahoma.
Came here Sunday night as my son was having a emergency. We walked right in noone in lobby they took us back within a few minutes. We were in and out within 2 hours. I was really impressed with the facility, nurses, doc on call, etc. I would say the only negative is that my son's monitor alarm kept going off for his resting respiration it dropped as low as 0 multiple times and noone ever came in or addressed it.
