Worst place to be takes to long 3hr to 5ths then you get seen.
I saw the doctor for 2 minutes, was there for 3 hours, had chest X-ray and found out I have a dent in my chest and an atypical ecg. The nurse said it's a recurring issue with this doctor even though all the tests are in I was able to see them on MyChart but still no doctor, no explanation. Terrible and ridiculously bad experience.
ER doctor clearly didn't have any idea what a slag injury to the ear looks like. I work with ears and carry an otoscope so I know how to use one, but he had to much of an ego to listen. Before the tissue was swollen, I verified metal was embedded in the canal, and tissue damage including burns. Terrible bedside manner after waiting almost 3hrs to be seen, provider couldn't even give 5 minutes of his time, looked in the ear and said I don't see anything and that was it. Not once asked about pain or showed an ounce of care for discomfort after waiting hours to be seen. Don't waste your time spending hours in the waiting room. You can spend that time driving to a facility that will actually provide care. Provider had to much of an ego to listen. The only thing he offered was attitude and disgraceful bedside manner. They have the place locked down like a prison after asking several people to let us out they all acted like it was a crime to want to leave and the registration guy ended up openin... read more
