Go here often for kidney stones, had Dr Miller tonight and was super happy with how he listened to and treated me.
Probably the rudest of all women work in the Mason City ER department. I’ve never been treated so poorly anywhere like here. While you wait in your room for the Doctor you have to listen to all the nurses and staff talk nonstop about how there weekend was and who and what they did. Maybe if they would check on ya from time to time and do their job they would have better than a 1.5/5 star rating. I’d recommend going to Belmond or Osage.. this place is trash. Worst place to be takes to long 3hr to 5ths then you get seen.
I saw the doctor for 2 minutes, was there for 3 hours, had chest X-ray and found out I have a dent in my chest and an atypical ecg. The nurse said it's a recurring issue with this doctor even though all the tests are in I was able to see them on MyChart but still no doctor, no explanation. Terrible and ridiculously bad experience.
