I have been going on FMLA for the care of an elderly parent twice per year for the last several years. Mercy Delavan staff and Dr. Rachel Gronau have been very timely and accommodating in the past with this process. This year, it seems to be an huge problem! Reliance Matrix has faxed the paperwork twice and Dr. Gronau's nurse alleges it has never been received, which I find to be very unlikely secondary to history of going through this process and multiple confirmations of fax number and requesting it be sent to the attentio... read more
