Going on 3 hours for a couple stitches, and that’s on a slow day at the clinic. Rundown and slow as hell. I got seen sooner in the ER on a busy day.
The nurses and staff are great but the dr is on his own time, I waited an hour and 53 minutes on a physical and had to reschedule anyway. Very disorganized and unprofessional.
It doesn't say anywhere that it's a workman's comp only facility.
Staff was very kind. The issue: I had an appointment and they double booked. I was the one who they had leave.
Been here an hour waiting on a DOT physical and still have not been called. My primary care dr is a Mercy dr and never have had to wait this long for an appointment. Do better! My time is just as important as yours!
