Drs and nurses were all polite to us and my son made him feel safe and brave. The drs were concerned and sense of urgency in making sure he was getting better.

my baby daughter and I have been waiting for an hour. She was getting restless due to a really severe constipation. Had to ask the nurses if someone’s coming to our room or not & out of nowhere the doctor sitting typing on his computer replied back with “you haven’t been waiting long ..” I understand hospitals have a lot of patients to get through but the least let the patients feel like patients being taken care of not just a burden or a number. smh.
