My doctor turned in a referral on November 6th, 2025. I didnt get a call from the lady that handles referral scheduling until December 1, 2025. At that point I was disgusted at the wait time. My doctor did another referral and now, that same lady has not called or she is never at work. Im curious if the people that drag their heels to reach out to a COPD patient for appointments, has ever had breathing issues. I bet not. Im thinking of moving my medical issues to Cox. Do better, Mercy.
