I had an appointment that was supposed to be next Monday. I get a notification the Friday before (After Hours) to pre-register for my Pulmonary Function Test. As I was going through the pre-registeration process, it said there was a $125.00 co-pay, which I wasn't made aware of before-hand. Since it was after-hours, I couldn't call the clinic to cancel the appointment. Anyway, I'm going to CANCEL this appointment when they open on Monday.
