The lady who answers the phone is useless, does not want to help, does not want to explain anything, she just wants to hang up. Not going to make another appointment with a place that put useless people on the phone. Phone call was on march 4 at 16:32
I’ve always appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff at Mercy Hospital on North Portland. Every time I visit, the team is courteous and welcoming. The nurses are especially attentive and always take care of me promptly at my scheduled appointment time. However, my experiences with Dr. Solomon have been mixed. While I understand that doctors can be very busy, I’ve consistently waited more than 35 minutes after seeing the nurse during each of my visits—sometimes over 45 minutes. This review is for my appointment with Dr. Sarah Petty. Dr. Petty is very knowledgeable, detailed in her analysis, and cares about her patients. When there were changes to my post-discharge regimen, she not only immediately contacted me but also confirmed I had received the information. Dr. Petty was wonderful with following up on my questions and has an easy-going happy demeanor about herself which would make anyone feel at ease about their health.
