Have never had to wait long after check in! Love Dr. Stockton, he takes time with his patients and has a caring personality! He's great 👍 The receptionist he brought with him from the other office is such a nice person! My husband and I are very pleased with everyone 😊
Very irritated, arrived 1:15 for my 1:30 appointment checked in and paid my co-pay at 2:00 the 2:00 patient arrived and was taken directly back, I went to the front desk to find out what was going on. The second receptionist had come back from lunch she could not give me a reason me but seemed agitated with the nurse, when I was called back , the nurse said her computer basically showed I was a no show , Doc says probably not properly checked him, so who knows what went wrong, I was the only one put out . I've never had a problem here and Dr. Pham always listens to me and works out a treatment plan WITH me, not just telling me uninformed what's going to happen.
Receptionist's not friendly at all. Needs to be a more friendly atmosphere.
