Horribly unprofessional front desk staff, I was called and have a voicemail from Lori seeking to move an appointment date only to arrive to be told no such change had been input. After taking off work to make room in my schedule and also being met with a callous uncaring response was beyond outrageous.
Made a appointment for a virtual visit and no one showed up. When I called the office to ask I was told the nurses were about to call me. After I logged in the 15 min early like asked and waited the 30 min for the appointment. No one could take the time to call me and ask to reschedule or let me know the doctor was running way behind? I emailed in a complaint and was told someone would contact me in a day or two. I have been coming to this Mercy clinic for a few years now, and Lara Rodkey and her nurse are amazing.
I love this clinic! This facility is clean! They have wonderful customer service and the doctor's are amazing! 😊
