I had an unpleasant encounter with one of the doctors at this practice. I feel the manager doesn’t fully grasp how vital my medical chart is to both my current and future health and well-being. As a result, I think it’s wise to have any speculative or personal comments unrelated to my treatment clarified and corrected. On a positive note, the woman with the gothic decorations in the X-Ray lab is pretty cool, and the staff at the front desk are genuinely friendly.
I had a bad experience. Dr. Kraft lied in my medical chart. I sent a message and received no reply. I left a message and received no reply. I then scheduled an appointment at 3:30 on April 4th to ask why. The manager Christy called at 2:37pm to cancel my appointment, deny me medical care, and then barre me from the Signal Ridge Location. At Mercy, I am currently not allowed to ask Doctor Kraft why he lied on my medical chart.
