Found a good Dr, that listens and cares.
This place is a great place with good caregivers, and are generally very aware of your needs and your life. They even have a nice place to get good food!
This primary care is okay, and when I say okay I mean it as they will go by the book but that’s about it. The front desk people are welcoming, knowledgeable and nice. However, the nurses for pediatrics and primary care for 18+ are not welcoming and do not care. It seems as though they just want to get you in and get you out, like an urgent care, not a primary care who listens, and is welcoming and knowledgeable. Not a happy visit to the mercy I-35 north building. The Oklahoma blood institute vehicles were parked everywhere in the drop off area with no valet person in sight for six minutes. Why can’t the OBI people park a hundred steps away until they start needing to load up?? Parking in the through lane outside the main entry / awning area is wrong. Trying to reach an admin person with the available number was not done as the customer service representatives did not have the admin team’s phone number. So irritating today.
