I’ve been a patient since I moved to OKC in 2013 and patient care has gotten progressively worse. Basic patient care isn’t as important as it should be.

If you do not fit into their boxed-in limited view of what “healthy” is in Oklahoma standards (not very healthy), they are incredibly invalidating and dismiss anything that requires complex problem solving. They provide health”care” to people who don’t advocate for their own personal health
Dr's and nursing that do not do anything to help a hurting person but take our money. I have been doing x-rays ultrasound that hurt me for a year now. THEY SAY I CANCELED THE ULTRASOUND that i had done Has to redo mri. With no results. Where's the results and paperwork to help. Put me in so much pain now. Instead of helping. They also have 2 gay people in the lobby talking about being gay and sick coughing on eachother. Nothing waa done about it. Love the doctor and med staff at this clinic, but the receptionists at the check-in desk do absolutely nothing but gossip with each other constantly. I honestly don't know if they do anything other than the small task of clicking a few buttons to say a patient has arrived. All they seem to do is chat with each other non-stop.
