Had a puncture in foot 1st went to ER and they treated and recommended followup. 1 week later I followed up with urgent care dr. They recommended i see a foot doctor so I scheduled appointment. With Dr Grout and it was scheduled 10 days from my visit with the urgent care Dr. In which time the swelling had reduced by 95% and I was wearing shoes again and walking with no pain and a very slight limp. Recent appointment went well with Dr Park regarding some new pain in my foot. I was very surprised to have a fracture in one of my bones. I had bunion and tailor's bunion surgery 3.5 years ago with Dr Park. Both Dr Park and his nurse were very attentive, patient, listened to, and answered my questions. I have recommended him to several friends.
Great experience with this entire visit. Very attentive and informative. Set up additional visits and a prescription for shoes from a reputable company that specializes in diabetic shoes. Extremely impressed!
I had surgery scheduled. They called me three days before my surgery and canceled it after I had rearranged my whole life for this and others to make sure that I had the care I needed all because of nicotine, and they knew from the get-go that I was a nicotine user I have had three surgeries in the past and nothing was ever mentioned about nicotine until these people. Maybe it’s a sign. I should go somewhere else.
