We love our pediatrician and her nurse, but trying to get an appointment is awful. It seems like every time I call, I either get caught in a loop of “this number is busy” or get put on hold and disconnected after 15 minutes.
Hours state they open at 8, got there to be told it doesn’t open until 9, get to peds only to be told they only do physicals in the morning and see sick kids in the afternoon, and was directed to the regular clinic just to have to wait longer.
Dr. Dyer is hands down that absolute best! She always listens and takes her time to check my son at any visit! She has incredible bedside manner! I always highly recommend her when anyone is looking for a pediatric doctor!

At check-in the schedule said the dr was on-time. 50 minutes after our appointment time we have yet to be seen. Please be more transparent with your patients.
Love the nurse practitioner Dr Haley Hewitt she is awesome been working with my daughter since she was born and she is now almost 2 they are very friendly and helpful and they really care about your children
