Dr. Wardro has a snippy attitude and I have now caught her TWICE blowing off concerns I had about my children. My son's tooth was infected and she refused him antibiotics and rolled her eyes at me while she and her coworker both told me that's NOT INFECTED...the next day, emergency extraction for an infected tooth with his dentist. She also told my son that his fingernails being completely WHITE was "totally normal"....it's not, new pediatrician (not at mercy) immediately made suggestions, knew what it was...and the problem ... read more
My baby daughter was suppose to have her 1 year old check up and my family and I showed up at 10:45 , are appointment was scheduled at 10:30 I tell the front desk lady that there was traffic tried to show her , she wasn’t having it then another lady comes out and says we’ll have to reschedule and ask if it’s busy because there only 2 cars here . I have been calling for 2 days trying to make an appointment for my newborn and cannot get anyone to even answer the phone?
NEW MOMS STAY AWAY! Horrible experience to say the least. As a new mom it's an adjustment to navigate all things baby this includes the medical system. This office has two location. We accidentally went to the wrong location and I called ahead to let them know I would be 13 minutes late as I was on the highway half way there. I was told after 10 mins we would not be seen. I let them know that I would not be on my way as I did not want to be turned away for being 3 mins past time. It's a waste of gas money as we travel furthe... read more
