Dr Vannoy is excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable. I agree with many parents that you have to wait a long time to talk to anyone on the phone but I've noticed this has gotten better in the past month. All of the nurse practitioners have been great too. Other than one rude nurse we had a year ago it's all been great and I haven't seen her back.The last nurse about 2 weeks ago was quick,friendly, and experienced. I wish I could remember her name.
Dr. C. Wandro was very rushed and didn’t take time to explain anything. Not the best bedside manner either. My 11 year old daughter said mom she wasn’t very nice and ask me if she had to go back to her. So we will be finding a new Dr.
Why is it everytime I call this place I’m on hold for over an hour. The other office answers almost immediately. More than frustrated this is not the first time.
