Why is it everytime I call this place I’m on hold for over an hour. The other office answers almost immediately. More than frustrated this is not the first time.
Loved doctor Vannoy and (some) of the nursing staff. Apparently everything is good....until it isn't. Took my 2 year old in for a routine visit and had a nurse named Donika not take measurements, put someone else's in the system, and then try and gaslight me about it. She then gave me a copy of the after visit summary, but for the wrong child. So I had someone else's complete medical history in my hands, and she's in the corner laughing about a HIPPA violation. We recently made the difficult decision to leave this practice after multiple disappointing experiences. Over time, it became clear that compassion and follow-up care are not priorities here. When our family experienced a true medical emergency, the response from the office was alarmingly indifferent — and there was no follow-up afterward to check on our child’s well-being. Dr. Wardro has a snippy attitude and I have now caught her TWICE blowing off concerns I had about my children. My son's tooth was infected and she refused him antibiotics and rolled her eyes at me while she and her coworker both told me that's NOT INFECTED...the next day, emergency extraction for an infected tooth with his dentist. She also told my son that his fingernails being completely WHITE was "totally normal"....it's not, new pediatrician (not at mercy) immediately made suggestions, knew what it was...and the problem ... read more
