Veterans are not allowed and real pain care.Doctor's and staff are nice, but if your a patient that the va pays for. You are put of luck. I have had 15 surgeries , even tried a nerostimulator. That turned into a nightmare. Since it's removal my pain has tripled. The device did not work anymore and randomly shocked me etc.. But because im a vetran I keep getting told, you can have no pain killers its va policy. So basically if your a vetran your a second class citizen and have to suffer. Absolutely the worst! It is a waste of time and money. They do not care and blow you off. My chiropractor has done more for me then they have. I will not be going back. They just wanna pump you full of pills and procedures.
The pain management nurse for Dr Chuk is absolutely horrible. Rude, condescending with no empathy. She should be moved to doesn't require patient contact. As far as the clinic itself is concerned, front office staff are great. However, there are issues getting my mother's MRI approved by her insurance because the office didn't provide enough information for the insurance company to understand the necessity or importance of said MRI. I am done going here! They refuse to fill out simple fmla paperwork so you can be off for appointment. Continue to put you through treatments that don't help and show no concern your in pain daily. Horrible experiences on several visits now.
