I've gotten better service from the veterinarian were I take my dog!! If I could leave a minus five star I would!!! The Secretary is rude as all outdoors!!! Put you on hold for ten minutes or more!! Do not follow up with her patients information charts ect!! Dr.Newmand needs to fix this problem! And fast.

My daughter was nervous about having her wisdom teeth pulled, but Dr. Newman put her completely at ease. We were both happy with the entire experience from start to finish, and I plan to have Dr. Newman work on my son next. I highly recommend him!
If I could give a -5, I would. Do you know why? Because I just spent over half an hour on hold waiting for someone to answer after she said 'I'm checking in a patient, please hold' to finally have to give up and go back to my job. What a bunch of inconsiderate, pathetic, awful employees. Additionally: finally got through to schedule a surgery, had to schedule about three months out (in mouth pain the whole time). About two days before, they called and cancelled me due to overbooking. No reschedule available for months.
I had a great experience. Dr Newman was amazing as well as Brooke his assistant. She talked to me about everyday life stuff and made me forget I was there for so many extractions. Dr. Newman made me laugh the entire time he was in there he is down to earth and great at his job. He came to tell me bye to make sure I was ok and feeling good. I received proper post surgery info and all. I can not thank you both enough!
