The nurses are young, ignorant, and have no concept of customer service. These people need training, if you care, that is. I see an excellent Dr at Mercy East, but these nurses make my visits nightmares.
Jeff Kershaw is a great eye doctor...he has a great sense of humor and really tries hard to figure out some pretty obscure problems. He is quite dedicated to his profession, and has a rather quirky sense of humor. I enjoy it.
While the hospital wasn't fully equipped for our situation, there wasn't a point that the doctor and nurses weren't fully committed to saving my son! The team was gracious and pulled every lever to get him a safe transport to UW. Beyond Thankful!
Most excellent phlebotomist ever! Never felt the needle!
Slower than slow. I wait 35-40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor or nurse. Not happy!! Don't make a 1:15 appointment if you are going to make me wait until almost 2 to see me. Some of us also have jobs we need to get back to.
My daughter went there to get a primary care Doctor and after making the appointment and waiting to get in to see someone she got there and the doctor refused to see her and the nurse was rude and they thought she was there looking for pain management and my daughter told them that she was there to get a PCP and she was treated rudely and the receptionist laughed at her and the Supevising nurse came out and with a security guard and told her that the doctor was not going to see her and if she need anything got to the ER. WTF... read more
