I was simply impressed! Quick getting back into room with a sick kiddo and Dr. Newman was absolutely incredible with the care he gave to my son. He was complete, and even called the following day to see how he was. Great hospital and staff!
Care was ok. The ignorant billing issues. If you have insurance and they go through it before seeing you. And you still get a bill a month later saying no insurance. Wtf.
Be for warned if u go here for urgent care check into urgent care pay ur urgent care copay. They see u do nothing and will still up charge you for emergency services. Mercy does not seem to care about the patient and only seems to care about the all mighty $$. They also refuse to change the charges even tho they know they are in the wrong!! I just hope others don't get up charged and hopefully some one from mercy will read this and realize they are doing wrong and this is not good patient care!!!!!!!
Watch out that if you go in for urgent care you don't get charged for ER (emergency room) care.
