When i was with Dr. Sami and Amanda Vance this was the one place I would swear by. However, since I have been with this other doctor, it steady is getting worse. I have been having issues for over a year then she finally throws crap at the wall to see what sticks. I used to like her (aside from her bedside manner, it's always been awful) but she just keeps making guesses and costing me so much money to the point I am looking at other hospitals to use. The worst communication.... at least that's what I'm graciously chalking it up to.... y'all are responsible for living human beings....I got caught in Arkansas without my seizure medicine (my fault)....I called the office twice....have never received a call back....I had to drive back to MO to get my meds before driving to Kansas....things could have gone terribly wrong....
I have been going to this neurology clinic for years. All of a sudden the anti seizure medication that i have taken for years was canceled by another doctor that i haven't ever seen in that group. I can't get them to return my call to explain why. I have been trying to get a refill for 3 weeks now.
I haven't even had my appointment with the Neurologist yet and I'm already so furious, disappointed, and just exasperated. I scheduled the appointment in March; and, the neurologist didn't have anything until July, so, I asked to be out on the waiting list for an earlier appointment. They said that they would inform me when there was one available. Well, since March, I have recently about 3 or 4 notifications from the App and by email about an earlier appointment being available.
