I've never seen such lazy medicine. My brother is a GHOST of the person he used to be and you and your staff CLEARLY aren't listening when we explain what's going on. I am actually so disappointed I'm laughing. Yall make money playing with people's lives. STEP IT UP. STOP THE LAZY HALF HEARTED MEDICAL CARE. EVERY PATIENT IS A PERSON WORTH YOUR ATTENTION AND CARE.
I like the fact that if I need a refill and my Dr is out of town or not in the office for any reason, one of the other Dr's will authorize my refill. I switched from Freeman because their Dr's quit caring and just raised medications that didn't work for me and now I have Dr's that actually seem to care and run tests and actually are trying to stop my seizures.
When i was with Dr. Sami and Amanda Vance this was the one place I would swear by. However, since I have been with this other doctor, it steady is getting worse. I have been having issues for over a year then she finally throws crap at the wall to see what sticks. I used to like her (aside from her bedside manner, it's always been awful) but she just keeps making guesses and costing me so much money to the point I am looking at other hospitals to use. The worst communication.... at least that's what I'm graciously chalking it up to.... y'all are responsible for living human beings....I got caught in Arkansas without my seizure medicine (my fault)....I called the office twice....have never received a call back....I had to drive back to MO to get my meds before driving to Kansas....things could have gone terribly wrong....
