MY STARS CHANGED TO A 5 from an orig 2, so now 1 star? Very convoluted system without seemingly much oversight over front desk staff, a slight lack of communication between Dr.s in neurology departments, testing, and patient. Did really like the first Dr "M" who was kind, very intelligent, listened, and discussed in detail his plans. Took months to get an appointment for testing after seeing orig neurologist on memory issue, was told due to another Dr. from that department leaving.
