Was told it's not the referral coordinators job to get Tri-Care approval and referral number. Wow in my day of healthcar, I did the foot work to get patients in to see provider. Now I know why they have one star. Been trying to get appointment since 14 Nov. 2022.
The frustration of trying to get an appointment at Mercy Clinic Neurology and Sleep Medicine Clinic in Rolla, MO is unfathomable! I tried for 6 days to schedule an appointment for neurology. 16 Nov 22 I tried to schedule a neurology appointment with Tracie. I was initially told the clinic did not yet have my referral. I asked them could they try to pull it down from their system because I know it can take a few days for the TRICARE-West system to send the referral to the servicing provider.
