Tell the new phlebotomist to open her ears, close her mouth and LISTEN. I've had my blood drawn many times. She's never drawn it once. When I tell you to get it from the back of my arm, LISTEN! My way works. Yours doesn't. That's why you had Brenda do it. Listen to what you are told. People don't have time for stupidity. LISTEN and LEARN!
I'm only giving one star because zero stars isn't an option. Today was the worst experience I have ever had at an outpatient health care facility. We were told to be here an hour before procedure time and we arrived as instructed. We waited over 40 minutes to have labs drawn. Thirty minutes before procedure (MRI) we were still waiting in the lab. A preprocedure medication was due 30 minutes before the MRI.
