I recently had an unfortunate experience with the customer service at Mercy Clinic Internal Medicine - Whiteside. From the outset, my interactions were fraught with difficulties, culminating in a particularly troubling conversation with the practice manager, Katrina. Her demeanor was exceptionally rude and dismissive, leaving me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a patient. OUTSTANDING, Dr Zhai is amazing
It is alarming that this clinic chooses to allow dishonest people to work for them. Abigail Tiehes stole food from a hardworking Doordash driver trying to earn money to survive and reported it as not delivered when there was security footage of him personally handing it to her. He later got video proof of her admitting to receiving it. Abigail then got him fired after she lied to Doordash saying he harassed her over it. The employee Abigail ordered doordash then tried to say she didn’t receive her food when she did. She got the doordash driver fired. The video is on tick tock. Super sad to see the staff has dishonest people working there.
