Been to all of the clinics in North County this is by far the worst. Checked in on-line, went to the facility - got right in. Lady that takes BP had an attitude problem. Didn't say hello or introduce herself - gets on computer starts typing says "Praise God almighty.." I ask what's that about - she ignores me. Gets two sticks and shoves them in my face - I ask what is that? She says "flu and covid". They all have attitudes. The girls up front and the doctor act like they don’t wanna be there.
The nurse Desiree blocked me after I asked to have a stronger her prescription. If you hate your job quit don’t take it out on people.
One star is generous. I have mold poisoning and I'm coughing up blood, and no mercy office in st louis will see me because the mold poisoning is causing me to have respitory symptoms. And apparently our doctors are too scared of a virus to give their community members medical attention. Im a single mother and can't afford the ER. So my choice is now to either go in debt or die, all because mercy doctors refuse to see their patients. Horrible service. 0 stars would be more appropriate.
