Dr. Hiner and the staff there are always great!
I have had multiple bad experiences with the staff at this clinic. Mercy's website is hard to use, and you cannot communicate with you doctor directly, and so you have to rely on the rude and dismissive staff to carry messages to your doctor for you. As often as not, they seem to not bother delivering your message at all. I have now on two occasions had them mess up my prescriptions, to the point that once I missed a dose because I couldn't get it filled, and another time I couldn't get my medication right after surgery. This office and its staff are very disorganized when it comes to putting through necessary prescriptions and making sure they do not stop. There are frequent lapses, causing one to miss critical refills, thereby having days off important medication. They will also deliberately not refill a prescription if you've for whatever reason not scheduled an appointment for a while, and not notify you (hello.... some people are simply very busy for stretches of time).
I've been going here for over 5yrs & would recommend my doctor any day of the week! Her staff is always welcoming, are friendly and helpful! They even take the initiative to see if they can squeeze you into an earlier appointment if necessary! The location is not ideal for me, but the people make it worth it!
