They closed the quest lab down more than 5 minutes early and refused to see us. Then when I called them out on closing early, they told me they verified my check in was completed at 430 which is closing time. I said that was incorrect but even if it was true, that means I was in the office checking in before 430 since I had to go through all the registratiin and scan both insurance cards.
