I had an over all good experience. I just felt as if the doctors didn’t communicate between them selves and I felt like as patient there wasn’t good communication between me and the doctors. The nursing staff was phenomenal going above and beyond.
I had a positive reading on a Cologard test so I had to have a colonoscopy. I had the procedure done by Dr Al-Qudah in 9-3-24. Afterwards that same day I was told to call the doctor's office for a telephone visit on 9-18-24. When I called he gave me the results of my test. His office then billed my insurance $79.00 for a phone call that lasted 1 minute and 8 seconds. What they billed the insurance was a telephone evaluation 5-10 minutes. Code 99441.
