I keep trying not to give up on them, but the worse service in the front desk, so helpless especially when you need information, apointments, medical attention, and using their health insurance. How administration allow this service for so many years.
Against my better judgement I decided to go with a Mercy clinic again, it'll be the last time I make that mistake again. Called a specialist to make an appointment over 3 weeks prior, when I arrived to the appointment I was told that due to a scheduling error I'd have to call at another time to reschedule. While I was standing at the reception desk. (why the receptionist couldn't reschedule is a mystery I suppose).
