Wonderful doctor, nurse practitioner and staff. Felt very comfortable here and so much less anxiety about my condition after my visit today. Can't say enough good things about this office !
I just got a call from Dawn at Mercy gastroenterology. It’s been about a month since I’ve seen Dr.Koehn. I just moved here from Houston and get infusions every six weeks. Let me start by saying I’ve never had an issue with my old GI’s office at Houston Methodist. Absolute garbage I’ve been sitting here my appointment was over an hour ago they keep telling me I’m next but like 7 people has been called back they brought me a cup to piss in while I was in the waiting room absolutely trash
Don't waste your time. Call one number to get a date, wait for another call for actual appointment time and pep instructions. The second call maybe 3 days before the appointment, with instructions you need to start doing 5 days before. I you have a problem you'll never get anyone on the phone till it's too late to make your appointment. Go to Cox Health Ferrell-Duncan location it's far better experience.
