I just got a call from Dawn at Mercy gastroenterology. It’s been about a month since I’ve seen Dr.Koehn. I just moved here from Houston and get infusions every six weeks. Let me start by saying I’ve never had an issue with my old GI’s office at Houston Methodist. I’m now months past that and she just called me informing me that they have been sending my referrals have been getting sent to the wrong place. Absolute garbage I’ve been sitting here my appointment was over an hour ago they keep telling me I’m next but like 7 people has been called back they brought me a cup to piss in while I was in the waiting room absolutely trash
Don't waste your time. Call one number to get a date, wait for another call for actual appointment time and pep instructions. The second call maybe 3 days before the appointment, with instructions you need to start doing 5 days before. I you have a problem you'll never get anyone on the phone till it's too late to make your appointment. Go to Cox Health Ferrell-Duncan location it's far better experience.
Apparently when you transfer from a different doctor you have to be admitted to the hospital for not having your prescription before they will talk to you about getting your meds I've been trying to get someone to answer the phone or call me back for 2 weeks and still nothing I'm over deal with them worst experience of my life
