I have used Mercy for years and have always loved them but this gastro Department is a mess. The doctor I did have is gone but they never let me know I have a new doctor. Not informing me on that or ever calling to let me know my test results. Do not use Pamela as a nurse she comes off friendly but is massively rude, she has been every time I have a had a visit with my previous doctor. My husband and I cringe when she is the room, I just have never had such an experience with a nurse or any medical staff for that matter in m... read more

Have been trying to get on the schedule for an infusion for over a month. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from this clinic. Edit: Update with one more star. I did end up getting a call from scheduling, but they were initially unable able to have a physician see me until August, 6 months away. I received another call the next week saying they would be able to see me in May, in 2 months. I got a referral to GI Alliance and they were able to see me within a week of initial contact. Had a colonoscopy and the personnel couldn't have been better! Shout out to the many nurses who were very caring and personable.
