Was referred here by my son’s doctor. The nurse practitioner we saw, Anna, had no empathy for my son’s condition. She made a remark about how many medications he takes. I found that to be very judgemental and inappropriate. Not knowing his full medical history, that was out of line. Her “bedside” manner is lacking and she needs work on her people skills. The front office staff was warm and friendly. The wait wasn’t bad. However, the wait for a procedure to determine what exactly is wrong is over a month. That seems a bit lon... read more
Very disappointed in how the staff is, and if someone is telling them how deeply ill they are that is a paying client they don’t care. They will make you wait for a month. A month to late. Whoever answers the call phones needs to be put in check! If someone is begging and crying to them because of their illness you don’t just be rude and say you will have to wait till the a month later and it you want in sooner you have to call in yourself to check for cancellation.
